Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Xavier Mauricio Mora Rivera. Nacido el 28 de marzo de 1992, Xavier fue un faro de luz y alegría para todos los que lo conocieron. De espíritu tenaz, alegre y creativo, enfrentó importantes desafíos debido a una enfermedad del cerebro. Sin embargo, se graduó de la escuela técnica y transformó sus experiencias en una fuente de inspiración para otros.

Xavier era un artista con un talento natural, ganador de premios por su escritura y arte visual. Aspiraba a ser tatuador y canalizó su creatividad en un emprendimiento de personalización de zapatos y mucho más. Su pasión por el arte se complementaba con su amor por la aventura: disfrutaba pintando, dibujando, escalando, montando en motocicleta y jugando al pickleball. De espíritu libre, admirador de los amanceres y la naturaleza, soñaba con viajar por el mundo, comprar una casa y construir un futuro mejor para su familia.

Como hermano e hijo, Xavier fue un líder excepcional, ofreciendo amor y apoyo incondicional a su familia y amigos. Deja un gran vacio en su señora madre Rocio sus hermanos biológicos, Santiago y Whitney Mora Rivera, así como sus hermanos de corazón, Rothman Paredes y Angela Buzatto. Extrañaremos profundamente su vibrante personalidad y su gran motivación, pero su legado de alegría y creatividad seguirá inspirando a quienes tuvieron la fortuna de conocerlo.

El velatorio se realizará el dia lunes 28 de Julio de 5pm a 9pm en 585 Belgrove Dr, Kearny, NJ, 07032, y la misa se celebrará el dia Martes 30 del presente a las 10:00 h en la Iglesia de Santa Cecilia, ubicada en 120 Kearny Ave, Kearny, NJ, 07032. La familia solicita los acompañen con vestimenta de color blanco para honrar el espíritu de Xavier.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Xavier Mauricio Mora Rivera. Born on March 28, 1992, Xavier was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew him. A stubborn, joyful, and creative soul, he faced significant challenges due to a disease in his head, yet he graduated from technical school and transformed his experiences into a source of inspiration for others.

Xavier was a naturally gifted artist, winning awards for his writing and visual art. He had aspirations of becoming a tattoo artist and channeled his creativity into a small business customizing shoes and much more. His passion for art was matched by his love for adventure—he enjoyed painting, drawing, rock climbing, riding motorcycles, and playing pickleball. A free spirit at heart, he dreamed of traveling the world, of buying a home, dreamed of making a better future for his family.

As a brother and son, Xavier was an amazing leader, offering love and support to his family and friends. He is survived by his survived by his mother, Rocio Rivera biological siblings, Santiago Mora Rivera and Whitney Mora Rivera, as well as his siblings of heart Rothman Paredes and Angela Buzatto. His vibrant personality and encouragement will be deeply missed, but his legacy of joy and creativity will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Monday, July 28 from 5 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 29 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Cecilia Church, Kearny. Cremation will follow at East Ridgelawn Crematory, Clifton, NJ.  Xavier's family requests that visitors wear all white to honor Xavier’s spirit.
