Roger B. Fair

Roger B. Fair, 81, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at his home in Kearny, NJ.

The funeral will be from the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Saturday, August 28 at 9 a.m. A Blessing will be offered in St. Cecilia Church, Kearny at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to visit the funeral home on Friday, August 27 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Born in New Brunswick, NJ Roger was raised in Paterson, NJ, and later lived in Wood-Ridge, NJ before moving to Kearny in 1996.

Mr. Fair served in the U.S. Army from 1963 until 1965.

Roger was a member of Joseph E. Frobisher Post 99, American Legion in Kearny.

He owned Body Renaissance and Before & After in Carlstadt, NJ for several years before becoming a salesman for EMachinetool.com for 6 years before retiring 9 years ago.

Roger is survived by his wife, Barbara (nee McNamara) Fair, three children, Rachel Miterko (Christopher), Mary Sconfienza (Keith), and Joseph Fair, one sister, Marsha Fair, and one beloved grandson, Wesley Miterko.
