Raul Carlos De La Cruz

Raul Carlos De La Cruz, 44, passed away suddenly on Monday, April 6, 2026, at home in Bloomfield, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ  on Sunday, April12 from 1 to 5 p.m. The funeral will begin in the funeral home on Monday morning, April13 at 10:00 a.m. then to Queen of Peace R.C. Church, North Arlington, NJ where an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.

Born in Lima, Peru, Raul immigrated to the United States in 1998 an lived in Kearny. H e later moved to North Arlington and then Lyndhurst, NJ before moving to Bloomfield one year ago.

He was his fiancées business partner in Pampered Pooches for the last few years. He also worked for a marketing company for over 10 years. All who knew Raul knew how hardworking, loyal, compassionate, kind and how his family was priority to him. 

Mr. De La Cruz is survived by his fiancée, Alexandra Martinez, one son, Lucas Alexander De La Cruz, his parents, Carlos and Francisa (Robles) De La Cruz, his “Second Parents” Maria (Colquicocha) and the late, Justo Osorio, one brother, Justin T. Osorio and one sister, Michele M. Osorio and his fiancée’s parents, Zaida and Roberto Martinez.
