Ramona Munoz, 68, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, in The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, NJ.

The funeral will be from the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Friday, February 26 at 10:00 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 11:00 a.m in St. Stephen’s Church, Kearny. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Born in Aguada, Puerto Rico, Ramona moved to the Bronx, NY, and later lived in Newark, NJ before moving to Kearny in 1986.

She is survived by her three children, Raquel Perez and her husband, Gilberto Saldana, Lymari Colon, and her husband, Javier and Javier Perez, and his wife, Wildenice Daleccio. Ramona was the sister of Mirna Munoz, Gloria Jacome, and Antonio Munoz. She was the beloved grandmother of Mia and Nico Saldana, Fabyan Colon and Anthony, and Kareena Perez.
