Pamela S. (Barone) Fay

Pamela S. Fay, (nee Barone), 70, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025, in Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Monday, November 24 from 4 to 8 p.m. Cremation will be private.

Born and raised in Newark, NJ, Pam moved to Kearny in 1976.

Mrs. Fay was a Secretary in the Guidance Department at Kearny High School for seventeen years before retiring in 2022.

She is survived by her beloved husband, John “Jack” Fay, three children, John Fay and his wife, Michelle, Christopher Fay and Ashley Shugrue and her husband, Bryan, and one sister, Janice Troise. Pamela also leaves four grandchildren, Tommy, Ryan and Alyvia Fay and Shea Shugrue, sister-in-laws, Jill Hayes and her husband, Ed and Jane McConnan and many nieces, nephews and cousins
