Marie R. (Casiano) Cohen

Marie Cohen 83, passed peacefully from this world on Saturday, October 29, 2022. She was the daughter of Joseph and Lillian Casiano. Marie was a lifelong homemaker. Previously a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in West New York, NJ and later St Paul Catholic Church of Flowood, MS. 

Survived by sons, Michael (Elizabeth) of Howell, NJ, Kenneth of Stroudsburg, PA, Stephen (Angela) of Brandon, MS; daughter Dawn Doherty of Edgewater; Daughter-in-law, Diana Meltzer of Cherry Hill, NJ. Grandchildren, Thomas and Shawn (Maria) Doherty, Jill and Bryan Cohen, Brandon and Kaleigh Cohen, Gabriella, Jordyn, and Andrew Meltzer. Great-grandchildren Chloe, Sophie, and Cooper Doherty. Numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years Rudolph “Rudy” Cohen and beloved sons Keith Cohen and Rudolph S. Cohen. 

Marie will be entombed at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road in North Arlington, NJ. on Saturday, November 5 at 11:00 a.m.
