Juana Suarez

Juana Suarez, 95, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025, in Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, NJ.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday morning, October 21 in Arlington Cemetery, Kearny, NJ.

Born in El Coco de Perdro Brand, D.R. she has lived in Kearny for many years.

Ms. Suarez was a devout Christian, the matriarch of her family, a very devoted grandmother and mother. She was also loved by everyone who met her and was often referred to as “cute”.

She is survived by her son, Domingo Corporan and his wife, Gladys. She was the grandmother of Kelbin Frias and his wife, Erin, Miriam Bernavon and her husband, Lazaro, Elvis Corporan and his wife, Emily Ruiz, Carlos Corporan and Lilian Corporan. She also leaves her beloved great-grandchildren, Antonio and Helena Frias, Nina Bernavon, O’Sean and Amelie Corporan, Tiffany Corporan and Mateo.

Juana was predeceased by her daughter, Miriam Frias and her husband Felix and one great-grandson, Carlos Fabian Corporan, Jr.

She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, Godchildren, family and friends who she loved.
