Jean (Syminiuk) Czerminski

Jean Czerminski, (Syminiuk), 88, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023, with her son, Mark at her side in Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, NJ

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Thursday, March 2 from 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral will begin on Friday morning, March 3 at 1o:00 a.m. then to Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington, NJ where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will be private.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, Mrs. Czerminski lived in Rutherford, NJ and Kearny before moving to North Arlington sixty years ago.

She was in charge of public relations at the Lyndhurst Polish American Citizens Club for several years in Lyndhurst, NJ and participated in Loops of Love at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, NJ and at Passaic General Hospital in Passaic, NJ. Jean also attended daily mass at Queen of Peace every day.

Mrs. Czerminski is survived by her four sons, Mark, Eddie, Drew and David Czerminski, eight grandchildren, Amanda, Lauren, Kristin, Hannah, Thomas, Andrei, Jesse and Cody.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward, one son, Michael and two brothers, Walter and William Syminiuk.
