Janet L. Narwid

Janet L. Narwid, 67, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, in The Mountainside Hospital, Glen Ridge, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Wednesday, December 10 from 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral will begin in the funeral home on Thursday morning, December 11 at 9:00 a.m. then to St. Stephen's R.C. Church, Kearny where a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Cremation will be private. 

Born in Newark, NJ, Janet was a lifelong resident of Kearny.

She worked in Sales in New York City for many years.

Miss Narwid was a proud member of the United Irish of West Hudson. 

She is survived by one sister, Michalene Narwid Polise and her husband, Steve.

Janet was predeceased by her parents, Stanley K. and Gloria (McIlroy) Narwid.
