James McDyer, III

James McDyer, III, 64, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at home in North Arlington, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, Nj on Tuesday May 6 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, James later moved to Kearny where he lived for many years before moving to North Arlington three years ago.

Mr. McDyer was a truck driver for ABF Freight in North Bergen for forty-three years before retiring in 2022.

He is survived by his son, James McDyer, IV, one daughter, Elizabeth Martinez and two brothers, Thomas McDyer and his wife, Jackie and Michael McDyer and his wife Jackie.
