Jacqueline (Walsh) Kennedy

Jacqueline Kennedy, (Walsh), 76, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at home in North Arlington, NJ while surrounded by her loving family.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Tuesday, June 30 from 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral will begin in the funeral home on Wednesday morning, July 1 at 9:00 a.m. then to St. Stephen’s R.C. Church, Kearny where a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.

Born and raised in Newark, NJ Jacqueline later lived in Bloomfield, NJ before moving to North Arlington in 1977.

She was a Pharmaceutical Technician at Pathmark in Belleville, NJ for thirty years before retiring in 2010.

Mrs. Kennedy is survived by her husband, James Kennedy, two children, Kelly Logue and her husband, Brian and James Kennedy and his wife, Jaclyn. She was the beloved grandmother of Jack, Owen, Braidan and Casey Logue and Grace and James Kennedy.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Kimberly Kennedy, her parents, John and Eleanor (Schoen) Kennedy, two sisters, Carol Bauer and Sharon Mulligan and one nephew, John Mulligan.
