Henry Ivan Enciso

Henry Ivan Enciso, 68, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in St. Michael's Medical Center, Newark, NJ. 

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Sunday, November 24 from 3 to 8 p.m. The funeral will begin in the funeral home on Monday morning at 8:45 a.m. then to St. Cecilia Church, Kearny where a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.

Born in Lima Peru, Henry immigrated to the United States in 1987 and lived in New York City before moving to Harrison, NJ where he lived for ten years. He moved to Kearny five years ago.

Mr. Enciso was a security guard for Garda World in Long Island City, NY for thirty-five years before retiring in 2022.

He is survived by his wife, Rosa Espejo, three children, David Enciso, Brigitte Enciso and her husband, Juan Jauregui, and Jerry Enciso, five siblings, Dennis, Sandra, Zeina, Marlene and Vilma Enciso, three grandchildren, Britney, Donovan and Justin and one great-grandchild, Melanie.

Henry was predeceased by his son, Henry Enciso, Jr.
