Edward Dyle, 76, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021, in St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, Paterson, NJ.

Born in Edwardsville, PA, Edward was raised in Kearny, NJ, and has lived in Clifton since 1975.
Mr. Dyle served in United States Navy from 1962 until 1965.
He was a Maintenance Manager for Garden State Paper in Garfield, NJ for 32 years before retiring in 2001.
Always a welcoming presence at the First Lutheran Church, Ed could always be counted on to be first in the sanctuary on Sundays to offer members a warm welcome. He served as a head usher and also volunteered monthly to transport food from First Lutheran’s food pantry to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in East Orange, NJ.
He is survived by his son, Darrin Dyle, siblings, Elaine De Mars, Louise Wilmot and, Veronica Kempees, and his grandson, Jake Dyle, and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Dyle was predeceased by his son, Edward Louis Dyle.
