Doris Haskins, “Dee”, (nee Cawley), 85 passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021, at her home in Harrison, NJ.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Saturday, September 18, from 2 to 4 p.m.
Doris was a lifelong resident of Harrison.
She owned and operated Dee’s Driftwood Lounge on 3rd Street in East Newark, NJ for seven years before retiring.
Doris is survived by her children, Darren Haskins, Diane Bozzone, Denise Richmond, and Donna Richmond, and one brother, Howard Cawley, Jr. She was the grandmother of Peter, Dwayne, Rhiannon, Stephanie, Shana, Ashley, Kimberly, and Brian, and the great-grandmother of Tyler, Olivia, Joseph, Ethan, Layla, Leah, and Grayson.
Dee was predeceased by two children, Robert Haskins and Debra Richmond-Kazar, two sisters, Carol Nichols and Helen Howjeski, and two grandchildren, Jesse and Toni-Ann.
