Carmelo Tirado Castro, 66, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at Care One at Trinitas Medical Center, Elizabeth, NJ.

Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, Mr. Castro has lived in Elizabeth for 27 years.

He was an Assembly Line Worker for General Motors in Linden, NJ for many years.

Carmelo is survived by his wife, Carmen (Colon) Castro; two children, Jose Luciano and Marilyn Johnson, and three siblings, Junior, Hector, and Lydia Castro. He also leaves behind four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements were private.
