Ann Marie (Hiltz) McAteer

Ann Marie McAteer, (nee Hiltz), passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at her home in North Arlington, NJ.

A Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Stephen’s Church, Kearny, NJ, on Saturday, December 5, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be private.

Born and raised in Harrison, NJ, Mrs. McAteer lived in Kearny for many years before moving to North Arlington three years ago.

Ann Marie was Vice President of Artus Trucking and Paper Warehouse in South Kearny, NJ and later in Avenel, NJ, a company she owned with her late husband, Patrick. She retired 20 years ago.

Mrs. McAteer is survived by her children, Sandra English and her husband, Stephen of Kearny and Patrick McAteer and his girlfriend, Deserie Stevens of Willow Grove, PA., one sister, Mary Cerullo, and five grandchildren, Patrick, Brooke, Stephen, Matthew, and Michael.

She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick McAteer in 2016.
