Margaret Southard, (nee Dixon) 83, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at her home in North Arlington, NJ.

The funeral will be from the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. A funeral mass will be offered in Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst, NJ at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Mrs. Southard was born in Pittsburgh, PA and lived in Kearny for many years before moving to North Arlington three years ago.

She was employed as a secretary at the Clifford W. Estes Co. in Lyndhurst for twenty five years, retiring in 1998.

Margaret is survived by her children, Pam Cirincione, William Southard and Charles Southard; siblings, Carol Dixon and Norman and Charles Dixon. She was the beloved grandmother of William Southard, III, Ryan Southard, Tars Cirincione, Sage Southard and Shayna Southard.

She was predeceased by her husband William Southard and her sister Shirley Eckert.
