Julia Luisa Orellana, 93, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at home in Kearny, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 5 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.

Mrs. Orellana was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She has lived in Kearny for the last 21 years.

She is survived by her children, Elena, Ruth, Aida, Zoila, Yolanda, Haidee, Walter, Carlos and Jorge. Julia also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Jose Orellana and her son Francisco Orellana.
