Elizabeth "Betty" (Cunningham) Davidson

Elizabeth "Betty" Davidson, (nee Cunningham), 86, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at The Canterbury at Cedar Grove.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 1 to 4 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 4 p.m. Cremation will be private.

Betty was born in Port Glasgow, Scotland and immigrated to Kearny in 1958.

She was a Certified Nurses Aide at West Hudson Hospital in Kearny from 1984 until 1997.

Mrs. Davidson is survived by two daughters, Maureen Corbeski and Joanne Davidson; one sister, Suzanna "Ann" Miller. She was the grandmother of Elizabeth Caamano and her husband, Carl and Eric and Adam Thieling and great-grandmother of Miles Thieling. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Sadie.

Betty was predeceased by her husband, John and her son, John.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
