Thomas Jackowiak, 78 passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Bentley Senior Living at Paragon Village in Mount Olive Township, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet at the Hazel Wood Cemetery, 64 Lake Avenue, Colonia, NJ on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. for a Graveside Service.

Mr. Jackowiak was born and raised in Gilberton, PA. He has lived in Harmony, NJ for the last 30 years.

He was a Boiler Operator/Engineer for Merck in Kenilworth, NJ for 30 years, retiring 10 years ago.

Thomas is survived by his son, Thomas Jackowiak, Jr.; two step-sons, George and Joseph Campo and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Violet A. (nee Herrmann) Jackowiak; siblings Eugene and Frank Jackowiak and Mildred Paszkiewicz and one step-son Jeffrey Campo.
