Jim,
I have been thinking a lot about you these days and wondering what you would say if you knew about the baseball cheating scandal in the 2017 World Series that we watched together.
I miss you a lot.

Jim my dear friend,
I can't believe this will be the second season of Yankee baseball we won't be watching together. I will think of you on opening day.
Nothing is quite the same anymore. I am trying to spend time with new friends as you would want me to but memories keep coming up.
You will always be a big part of my life.

Not a day goes by that I don't think of my best friend Jim. I can't believe you are gone my dear friend. You left me so suddenly. I'll never forget you stood in my driveway the day you left my house for the last time and said "I'll call you tonight". I never got that call and we never got the chance to say goodbye. I am grateful we had that part of the day together, sharing lunch and feeding the birds in my yard.
Jim was my friend for many years, like a father to me and a best friend.
He was always there when I needed him and it is such a lonely journey without him in my world.
I wish you peace and rest Jim and hope that somewhere in this universe you still remember me and the happy times.
Moana and I miss you.

I Have lost an old friend, not old in the sense of us knowing each other but in the years he had under his belt. He was a great conversationalist, and for his age my friends he was more in tune with real world events than most. He was a part of my day I would enjoy and look forward to as I hope and believe he may have as well ... Jim my friend you have earned your journey I will miss you RIP my friend....
